外國? Do you mean English? Or Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, etc.?

In English there are many ways.

"The views expressed in this X do not necessarily reflect the views of Y."
"The opinions expressed in this X do not necessarily represent the views of
Y."

X = program, presentation, article, book, publication, etc.
Y = name of organization, company, institution, etc.
