急需翻譯一些基礎的醫護英文，要口語化的，謝謝
1.手握緊，手放鬆
2.深呼吸
3.可以起來了
4.請喝水300ml，喝完水上廁所解尿
5.已經喝過水，上完廁所了嗎？
6.請進去第一攝影室
7.請在椅子上稍坐一下
8.可以吃午餐，吃完請多喝水
9.大約休息90分鐘，要再照第二次攝影
10.今天檢查已結束，回家後請多喝水，可以幫助放射線排出
11.若有遇到孕婦及2歲以下幼兒，請和他們保持1公尺的距離
12.可以到休息室休息
13.請加壓棉球10分鐘
