could 與 could have(done)的差別

我看書他是說 could mean 'would be able to'
could have mean 'would have been able to'
請問這兩有什麼差別

could = 可以 (還沒發生的事)
eg. she could come. 他可以來.

could have = 原本可以/應該要 (結果沒有)
eg. she could have came. 他應該可以來的.
