依照訊號的強度，由強至弱依序移除訊號．如此做的理由，是當愈強的
訊號移除後，愈能降低對其他使用者帶來的干擾．

(這是wireless comm相關的paper吧？在講interference cancelation？
我沒有完全照字面翻，而是試著用對該領域的了解來解釋)
