這句話中，借他筆這件事，因該跟我哪時候買沒有比較時間的關係？
因為只是在敘述我前天買的"pen"，然後我借了他。
所以我認為第一個用法就可完整敘述這句了，不是嗎？

我記得，buy這個動詞，並沒有「完成式」的用法


至於A.句

不知道其他人會不會覺得有點句意模糊啊？

因為the day before是不是能夠同時指攝

"I lent him the pen" 以及

"I bought the pen"

Yes, but your first sentence needs a relative pronoun (關代).

I lent him the pen -- which pen? -- the one I bought yesterday.

I lent him the pen which I bought yesterday.
