substitute是有種 "替代方案" 的意思
replace是 "完全取代"

按字面上意思~
公司比較有意願聘請有此領域學位的參選者~但是有過相關工作經驗的人也能
將之列入考量 (大略意思~非翻譯 ^Q^)

並不是有相關工作經驗者就能完全取代擁有學歷的人
他只是一個次要能夠被接受的 plan B
