話說我google到的 What can I get for a rib 差不多都是對這個笑話的
直接或間接reference，所以我想應該就是指這個了吧…

Who's A and who's B? It may be the bible joke about Adam's rib -> Eve.
It may just be you didn't quote the context of the joke.
