上文的 hard-core "green" voters 是指忠心不二的 "本土" 選民.

This group of native Taiwanese voters -- although a minority,
they are yet profoundly ethnically conscious and ideology-oriented
and with great combat capability

中文意思是: 此本土派選民-- 雖然佔少數, 卻持有極深的民族
意識與觀念共識, 以及充足的反擊力.
