No, but there is similar idiom, "way too ... a ...".

You aren't taking Chinese History? No, that's way too hard a course.

She's way too nice a person to be dating a rat like John.

Note: this pattern can be used without the "way", which emphasizes the
adjective it precedes, and which is used in informal, spoken English.
