"your firm" 有點尊重的意思

"firm" means "company". It is no more respectful than saying "your company".

在一般溝通上, 貴公司就是you, 敝公司就是we(us).
如果是初次客套或有特別必要場合, 貴公司可以說your esteemed company 或 your good firm等, 敝公司就是our company, 但一般情況不必如此.

Western way. Chinese pleasantry or humbling words are just too much for
me. Yikes!

所以在商用英文中，直接用Your company, Our company不算失禮囉？
用慣了中文的敬稱和謙稱，還真不習慣:p

文化差異,要試著習慣,語言本是文化 ^^
