is of importance

[不會飛的鷹就是雞]

常常會看到is of importance之類的用法,
意思上好像等同is important,
但是不太懂is of importance的文法結構,
為什麼會be動詞+介系詞+形容詞的名詞???

of + 名詞 是指有什麼的本質或特質 以前的文法是醬子教的啦

ex. He is a man of elegance.=He is elegant.
