如果不是當雙關語用,
用在句頭,通常是一種 "禮貌性" 的開語頭。
也沒什麼特別意思。

但有時候放在開頭卻是故意當雙關語用。
比如,sink me,if you don't like it。

It sounds like something like "Damn, mister! You scared me! I never
heard you open the door!"

So "sink me" means something like "damn!" or "Jesus!" But it's not a
common term.
