英文要怎樣表達不定期的活動呢? 用irregular activities 好像怪怪的.....

e.g. Occasional activities will be notified to all members

"Occasional" is good.


Let me add some points to "irregular activities":

"Irregular activities include acts of military, political, psychological,

and economic nature, conducted predominantly by inhabitants of a nation for

the purpose of eliminating or weakening the authority of the local

government or occupying power, and using primarily irregular and informal

groupings and measures."

"Occasional" is good.

Well, if you are irregular, make sure you eat enough fiber.
Exercise regularly also helps keep your digestive system regular.
